About This Compound

BPC-157 & TB-500 is a precision-formulated dual-peptide blend that combines two of the most extensively studied repair compounds in preclinical research. By pairing a locally-acting repair peptide with a systemically-distributed one, the stack addresses both site-specific injury and the broader inflammatory and regenerative environment.

BPC-157 (Body Protection Compound-157) is a synthetic 15-amino acid peptide isolated from human gastric juice. In research models it has demonstrated accelerated healing of tendon, ligament, muscle, and gastrointestinal tissue — upregulating growth factor receptors (VEGFR2, FGFR) and activating the FAK-paxillin signalling pathway to drive rapid cellular repair and angiogenesis at the injury site.

TB-500 (Thymosin Beta-4 Analogue) is a 43-amino acid synthetic peptide that binds G-actin via its conserved LKKTET motif. This interaction promotes cell migration, endothelial tube formation, and vascular regeneration body-wide — making TB-500 uniquely suited for systemic distribution throughout connective and vascular tissue rather than acting only at a localised site.

Together, BPC-157 addresses the injury focus point while TB-500 resolves inflammation and rebuilds supporting vasculature system-wide — a complementary mechanism that neither peptide achieves in isolation.

🔬 Research & Mechanism Notes

Mechanism
BPC-157 activates VEGFR2, EGF-R, and FAK-paxillin — driving tendon and GI repair. TB-500 binds G-actin via LKKTET motif, promoting stem cell mobilisation and vessel formation.
Preclinical Evidence
Demonstrated accelerated tendon-to-bone healing, reduction of GI lesions, and systemic anti-inflammatory effects in multiple rodent models (rats, mice).
Synergy
BPC-157 operates locally at the injury site; TB-500 distributes systemically. The combination provides complementary, full-spectrum tissue repair coverage.
Storage Note
Lyophilised form is stable at −20 °C for up to 24 months. After reconstitution with bacteriostatic water, refrigerate and use within 28 days.
