Where the law grants a 14-day right of withdrawal, you may cancel within 14 days of receiving your order. Exception: for health-protection and hygiene reasons, sealed goods that have been unsealed after delivery cannot be returned once opened. Research materials that have been opened, used or tampered with are not eligible for return.
If an item arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@pep-hub.eu with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Approved refunds are made to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned item or agreeing the refund. Original shipping costs are refunded only where the return is due to our error.
Subscription plans have a 3-month minimum term. You can cancel from your account after the minimum term; already-billed periods are non-refundable, and cancellation stops future renewals.
