TB-500 is a synthetic analogue of Thymosin Beta-4, a naturally occurring 43-amino-acid regenerative peptide. Its defining feature is the conserved actin-binding LKKTET motif, through which it binds G-actin to promote cell migration, endothelial tube formation and tissue regeneration throughout the body.
